Lindsay Abrams — The creepy crawly solution to the world’s growing hunger problem: Eat more bugs!
My entomology professor in college served Bee Cookies made from the corpses left over from his beekeeping operation. The flour was ground up bees and the sweetener, honey. Tasted not all that bad really. In Thailand there were some grubby looking things that people were eating. I'll stick to beans and rice when life gets tough, thank you.
