Francesco Saraceno — Are we Sure that Tsipras Caved In?
Let's not rush to judgment. The deal is not yet done. Tsipras may have done the best he could within his mandate.
"the referendum was very important. By asking the Greek people the mandate to negotiate while remaining in the euro .... "
But the referendum ballot said no such thing, and we now know that the real reason for the referendum was to give Tsipras a cover to resign from a job that he no longer wanted. How do the apologists explain that away?

The author's argument is not convincing. At all.
Who are these Tsipras apologists? Really. Give it a rest.
