The office of civil liberties says that budget limitations are not valid reasons for denying access to federally guaranteed services whether it is disability testing or whatever.
By shutting down the government due to budgey excuses that do not exist and denying access to millions of people to federally guaranteed services the Tea party should be listed on complaints to the OCR office of civil liberties ...
And add the government departments like DOE IRS DOC etc who said that "due to budget limitations we are closed" on their voice mail greeting.
I think everyone almost has an OCR Civil rights issue at this point.
Tyranny by a minority is something warned to us by Ben Franklin - and that today is Tea Party -tyrants galore - their actions are unconstitutional - not Obama or dems.

Correction - not "liberties" but "rights"
The Libs, Randites and conservatives don't believe in civil rights, just personal liberties including property rights as "natural" rights. This is a large part of what this uprising on the right is about and it has been brewing since the civil rights era.
Both sides are able to file OCR complaints for access to federally guaranteed XYZ ....
However, the right thinks that the OCR, Dept of Education, and all that are unconstitutional ...
