ReplyDeleteCarly was involved on making Hp from being the leading tech company in the world (or one of them) to a new decaying company who can't compete any more with the newer big tech companies.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, that the "tech" companies are not resorting to the age-old strategies of crushing labor to keep profit margins high is a signal that the sector is already mature, and the current capitalist cycle (based on the growth of those tech companies) is ending (which probably means there will a big crisis upcoming sooner or later).
Their test equipment was unparalleled.... I think they "spun it off" back then and now it is Agilent? or something... still world class just not part of HP anymore...
