Congressional legislation aimed at protecting circus animals



Would be nice if Congress cares as much about the American PEOPLE as they do about circus animals. (H/T Roger Ericson)

Animal welfare advocates wanted to bring a "bull hook," a device used to prod elephants, to Capitol Hill to highlight proposed legislation that seeks to protect exotic animals from abuse.

  2. Circus animals are assets and provide a source of cash flow.

    Most of the human beings in the US are in -ve equity, have -ve net assets, have no or little income or decreasing income and are tapped out in terms of taking on more debt.
