ReplyDeleteI think it's way, way too early to think about sending in troops to protect the protesters. The Occupy movement has already shown that it can do a good job in standing up to police forces, outmaneuvering them and even making them back down. Let Occupy prove it can win its own battles, rather than needing armies sent in to protect them. And once they appear as a politically protected movement, they will lose credibility.
