This "hacking" approach sounds like a useful set of exercises to start PRACTICING. However the application- barring an initial StrategyFest - quickly looks like Divide&ConquerFest, or Distract&DeceiveFest.
Practice is necessary but not sufficient prelude to strategic implementation.
