Germany plans to retrofit 2% of buildings each year to save 80% energy - all buildings by 2050.
Too bad they're not retrofitting ideologies, even faster. Evolution boils down to Adaptive Rate, which includes retrofitting dynamic as well as static values.
Could we disguise some obsolete economists and banksters as edifices, and call in German mercenaries to retrofit 'em? We could memorialize the project as "Rhyme of the Ancient Marriner Eccles" and put the obsolete ideologies and their exporters in their own, energy-efficient museum?
