Gotta Haul this Vehicle Back to The Shop For a Complete Redesign.

Federal Reserve Vice Chair Discusses Trans-Atlantic Agenda

Is it just me? Yellen gives me the creeps.

"Fiscal policy often helps to support recovery after recession (tax cuts, stimulus, extended unemployment) ...
Discretionary fiscal policy this time acted to restrain recovery. State and local gov'ts cutting spending ..."

That's easy to say now, but where the hell was she and the entire Fed 17 years ago? The net operations of that institution are obsolete. They're slowing us down, not serving us.

A steering wheel doesn't do much good if it's servo function is half as dynamic as what the road demands. Gotta haul this vehicle back to the shop for a complete redesign. I'd be afraid to try to drive it in real world traffic conditions.

And, what does a trans-Atlantic agenda have to do with fixing our own operations? Whose agenda is it, for whom?

WE need navigation operations that work in OUR vehicle, in OUR local situation. We need diverse operations for diverse situations, and enough agility to survive the unpredictable tempo in diverse situations. We specifically do NOT need to try to force all situations to conform to the agenda of bankers who presume that they're steering for everyone. That sure as hell ain't gonna work.

Does someone know how to make an animation of an obsolete, archaic steering wheel still having megalomania dreams?  If one is made, please title it "CB Dreams" - and picture it micromanaging brake rotors as part of it's pipe dream. Yellen into the wind - long after the wind died down.
