ReplyDeleteIt makes perfect intuitive sense, with longer terms and more concentrated power that the Senate would be less responsive to the electorate.
ReplyDeleteI'd expect the House does the people's business more inclusively. The Representatives take extreme positions and vote on measures that would never pass the Senate simply to placate supporters. Maybe they will do another analysis of Representatives voting records.
