Billions in welfare payments to billionaires, but no money for schools
I say build more schools and stop handing out welfare to billionaires.
For the benefit of non-US citizens like me who are not acquainted with the details of tax on condo builders and those buying the apartments it might be an idea to give a few details: e.g. how do taxes charged on these apartments compare with taxes on less expensive properties, etc.
Copy that. Scream it from the house tops. It is past time we called them out on taking out a mortgage on our youth.
