There's no such thing as monetizing the debt
In my new video I explain why there's no such thing as monetizing the debt. If you use this phrase you don't know what you are talking about.
I would like to point out that for years on this blog we pointed out the FX foreign currency markets were rigged with help of Mike Norman and all the posts.
