Reuters — Obama considering Nevada’s Republican governor for Supreme Court
Daily Kos commented that this was a brilliant move by Obama to expose McConnell and Senate Republicans as complete obstructionists, however, I think they give Obama too much of a pass here. Even without the Senate's "no consideration" stance, Obama would have nominated a Conservative. That's just who he is.
