Good thing these evil regimes no longer have to worry about being "revenue constrained". Perhaps there is a very good reason why regimes should ALWAYS be "revenue constrained".

Who is gonna create the munnie instead? I agree military spending should be cut, but imposing ridiculous limits to waste resources makes no sense.
People create money voluntarily. "Lord Keynes" has basically conceded the hopelessness of the "chartalist" (state money) cause.
