Sam Calamine — The Founder of Dogfish Head on Flouting a 500-Year-Old Beer Law
There's a lot in here, not just a applicable to brewing bear commercially. It's about tradition and innovation.
I am drinking Flying Dog (Frederick, MD) and Dogfish Head (Rehoboth, DE)....
Dogfish has a 90 minute IPA which is over 9% and Flying Dog has a Raging Bitch IPA which is over 9%.... cant get thru 2 of them (in glass bottles!) easily...
Tom I was wondering if the Venzuelans can use something else down there besides imported barley malt... gotta be something they can use local no?
