Leading Economists Predict Russia Will Emerge From Recession Next Quarter
They could have emerged a long time ago. They should have never gone into recession in the first place. Stupid, neoliberal policies. Austerity. Defending the exchange value of the currency. Dependency on exports, etc. Stupid. I wish I ran that country. Wow.
