Andrea Germanos — 'Widely Violated' Syrian Ceasefire Collapses
Obama and Kerry are left looking like the simpletons they are. They can't even make their own agreements stick. Russia has shown that negotiating with the US is a complete waste of time and effort when the people negotiating, that the president through the secretary of state, aren't actually in charge.
Once more, prima facie evidence that the Government of the United States' formal organizational chart is for the real purpose of wall art.
