Alex Christoforou — Qatar-owned Al Jazeera reports Assad is bombing Idlib with White Phosphorus

  1. Whore media at AP also reporting that "Kremlin knew of chemical attack in advance" & bombed hospital in an attemptto cover up attack.
"Kremlin knew of chemical attack in advance" & bombed hospital to try to cover up attack. Based on one anonymous "senior official."

The author of the AP piece, Robert Burns, has a long history of being little more than a mouthpiece for the military -- he basically writes whatever they tell him to write without checking facts.

  2. Looks like Trump's pep talk with Xi might have worked:

    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-04-10/stocks-slide-below-airstrikes-support-amid-russia-china-chatter

"reports of China deploying 150,000 troops to its North Korea border.

According to Korean news agency Chosun, the "Chinese army has deployed about 150,000 troops to the North Korean border in two groups to prepare for unforeseen circumstances."

Looks like Xi might be going to finally remove the training wheels and take care of the NK situation....

  3. Trump has turned over military policy to the generals. My suspicion is the propaganda machine may be being revved up for starting a war with Russia using a false flag. I would guess that would not be Syria but more likely in Eastern Europe, either Ukraine, or the Baltics. This has been in the works for years and a lot of ground work has been laid already.

  4. I would not read a lot into it. China moved 150,00 troops to the NK border in 2013. There have been about 500, 000 troops based in the area for a long time. This is the flash point for China and the PLA has been on it since the Korean War.

False flags have been a favorite in the CIA toolbox for decades. MI6 and Mossad, too.

  6. Strategically, I don't see Russia choosing to fight the US in Syria. Russia's best strategy, and China's too is to draw the US into a wider and deeper Middle East and North Africa conflict that eats away at US resources and domestic support. Sort of pulling an Afghanistan in reverse. It not only get the US of their backs but it is poetic justice to boot.

Of course, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Qatar will be only too happy to oblige in widening and deepening the conflict, too.

And the US Christian taliban believe that these are the end times and they will also oblige by doing their best to create Armageddon. The Muslim site of their version of Armageddon is in Syria near Aleppo.

What's not to like? The US military gets to play with its toys. The defense industry gets fed. Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the other Wahabbi-Salalfi state sponsors of terrorism in the region get to advance their causes. Russia and China get a breathing space to beef up their defenses. Win-win, right?

  7. Well lets hope Trump told Xi to lay off the chemical weapons in advance this time...

Stories out today Tom that Russia knew about the chems in advance and Syria has (had?) them at that facility...

Correlates with the almost 60 Tomahawks digging into that site they hit... seems like they were trying to get down into it to destroy it...

    Russia could take some notes....

  8. And jobs will be created. Win-win-win!

  9. @Matt, you might want to stay away from the koolaid. It's not good for you.

Xi does not take orders from Trump, who the world views as a clown.

What possible motive would Syria or Russia have for using chemical weapons? Nothing special is required to kill people -- conventional bombs and machine guns work just fine. Cui Bono?

Well I don't see Russia fighting anywhere that is the problem....

Ummm they're pussies and don't want to do it the hard way maybe?

You can't argue against the technical efficacy of WMDs....

Tell that to the families of the 75,000 Syrian soldiers who are dead and yet the armed forced still fight on day after day against the jihadi menace destroying their country. Imagine that number: 75,000 dead soldiers, and in a country with a population of 23 million. In US population terms that would translate to approximately 1 million dead soldiers, more than all US wars combined.

A few more 9/11s may make the US think more clearly as to who they're supporting.
