ReplyDeleteThis has been the US position since GWB, purposefully intended to preempt and prohibit any negotiation.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile we don't have a peace treat with the DPRK, only a cease-fire agreement (signed in 1953).
It's up to the South Korean president to offer something more conciliatory. Bear in mind that SK can live with the cease-fire as it is.
