We’re living in a time of economic babble, where politicians and economists throw out words like “reform,” “privatize,” and “austerity” to prop up corrupt capitalist opportunists. So says our guest this week, economist Michael Hudson, author of J is for Junk Economics.
"Ya can't cheat an honest man" but so far I see nothing from Progressives to indicate that they'd make the liabilities of the banks etc. TOWARD THE NON-BANK PRIVATE SECTOR to be GENUINE liabilities and not largely the SHAM they are today.
ReplyDeleteSo if Progressives are not interested in making the banks, etc. to be honest businesses then who are they to complain of lying and cheating if not hypocrites?
The mainstream progressive are owned by the bankers, and others are scared of them, but only progressives, or some of them, will make that change.
DeleteHudson is the best economist I know of even if I do misspell his name.
