Matthew Sheffield — Is the Radical Right Finally Turning on Trump?
Trouble in Trumpville? When you lose Ann Coulter.…
I've got a good video somewhere which I never put out here. I might try to find it and post it. It's about all the people who had worked with Alex Jones but recently left him because they didn't like the way he always supports Trump, specially with his bellicose pro war policies. It's interesting how many on the Right have become anti war. This is because the Democrats have now become the war party, as well as most of the Republicans, but they see them as Neocon controlled. Rand Paul is doing a grand job.
“It's interesting how many on the Right have become anti war.“
I don’t think it’s that we’re anti war .... we don’t agree with all the “nation building” and the “new world order” Bush wing of the GOP... also like Trump says about Iraq “we invaded the wrong country” iow the Iraq connection to 9-11 seems like a stretch... Afghanistan for sure maybe Iran, Syria, Libya... but Iraq? I dunno... I never saw it wrt 9-11 retribution...
Everything was going fine until we were attacked on 9-11 ... then the response to that has been really weak... but too much time has gone by now it’s not like the US can now go back and do it right over 15 years later....
Matt, "nation building" is code. They don't care about "nation building" but they know most Americans will get behind such a caring phrase. Breaking news: politicians deceive the population.
You're the only person left who believes that the US invaded Iraq because the intelligence community led the government to believe that Iraq was involved in 9/11 and that the government was SINCERE when it claimed that Iraq was a threat.
Matt wants/wanted the US to invade Iran, Syria and Libya, three countries which have never harmed an American or posed a national security threat. Brilliant thinking!
Matt can't envisage that the government may actually lie when it comes to the rest of the world. On the domestic scene, he may or may not accept political insincerity, but probably on tribal lines: "liberals" bad, "conservatives" good. But on the international scene the US is nothing short of Jesus Christ, and it is forever in a fight with evil as personified by EVERYBODY else. At least this political allegiance has the merit of simplicity. Why actually think. Let rightwing politicians, Fox News and Limbaugh do the thinking for you. For the life of me, I don't know why Matt isn't a raving austerian. He buys all the other gibberish.
The funniest moment I ever heard on radio was the one time when Mike thru Ann off his show!!! LOL!
