Corporation for Public Broadcasting to be privatized National Endowment for the Arts to be eliminated National Endowment for the Humanities to be eliminated Water and Wastewater loan and grant program to be eliminated International Food for Education program to be eliminated Women, Infants and Children nutrition assistance to be reduced Economic Development Administration to be eliminated reduces teacher training by $3.7b reduces federal work study for college reduces funding for National Institute of Health reduces block grants by $3b reduces funding for affordable housing eliminates funding for National Heritage Areas eliminates the Senior Community Service Employment Program eliminates grants for safety and health training eliminates climate-change prevention programs eliminates subsidies for commercial flights to rural airports eliminates funding for new transit projects and Amtrak eliminates grants for Community Development Financial Institutions etc.
