Not in paradigm with MMT, but still useful since the Russian government doesn't understand MMT either, although the Chinese government apparently has so far, at least to some degree more than the Russian government. However, the US government is clueless about MMT, hence economic reality, so the economic warfare is conducting is failing and will continue to fail.
