  1. MSM is like Big Pharma: the rewards of malpractice outweigh the penalties

“As part of the plea bargain, Purdue agreed to pay the federal government $600 million and 27 states $20 million.”

Why not give all that money to the states? I doubt that $600 million will actually be paid to the US government, but even if it is, that $600 million will be destroyed upon receipt, just like revenue from FICA taxes and income taxes.

“A Harvard study says the criminal and civil cases brought against Purdue for those practices weren’t consequential enough to prevent those practices from remaining highly profitable.”

Especially since no Big Pharma CEO is ever sent to jail, or even indicted. Hence there is no incentive to stop the criminality. Incidentally, no one denies that Big Pharma is infinitely greedy, and is full of liars, so why does everyone stupidly insist that Big Pharma is saintly regarding VACCINATION?

“One of the many, many ways that the US government has collaborated with these massive pharmaceutical corporations to increase their profit margins has been to put into place laws which make them obscenely difficult to sue.”

Regarding injuries and deaths from vaccines, you can’t sue any pharmaceutical company AT ALL. In 1982 four big drug companies (Merck, Wyeth, Lederle, Connaught) blackmailed Congress by threatening to stop selling vaccines in America unless a law was passed giving them complete immunity from all prosecution. The result was the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which gives 100% protection to Big Pharma.

And yet, because most Americans so blindly and stupidly worship vaccines and Big Pharma, they think the Congressional Act is a myth. Because of this mass public stupidity, if you get paralyzed by a flu shot, or your child has a serious reaction to a vaccine required for school and becomes learning disabled, epileptic, autistic, asthmatic, diabetic or mentally retarded, or otherwise Franko-ized, you are on your own.

“Big pharma has the highest profit margins of any industry in the United States and is also the number one lobbying industry in the United States.”

That’s why Big Pharma is the only industry that has been given total immunity from being criminally fined or civilly sued with regard to vaccine casualties. Not even Big Oil or Big tobacco has such federal protection.

And with Nancy Pelosi as House Speaker, this will continue.
