Stephen Lendman - Hollywood Fundraiser for Israel’s Killing Machine

Hollywood is considered to be liberal and many of its films most certainly are. I have liberal views but I'm too socialist to really be one. My views are more like Stephen Lendman's.

Brokeback Mountain was good, which showed how cruel and harsh traditional conservative society could be back in the old days.

Now liberals have become intolerant themselves and seem to hate Russia and Putin for its conservative views. But I view Russia of having a very gentle conservatism which is fairly liberal in most ways. They are very anti war, unlike the more right wing Eastern European countries. Russians seem to be a gentle people.

So, I'm not too keen on the liberals at the moment, and seeing them be hawkish and pro war is shocking to me. Bill Maher and Michael Moore now both deeply disturb me, but they were people that I used to really admire and like.

So-called Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces (FIDF) hold annual gala fundraisers for its killing machine in US cities nationwide – a way to extort money from naive and supportive donors.
Guests include high-ranking Israeli military and government officials. Well-known Americans attend.
Event raise millions of dollars annually for Israeli militarism, belligerence, and cold-blooded murder.
It’s shocking that anyone would contribute to what demands condemnation – donors complicit with Israeli crimes of war, against humanity, and other forms of apartheid ruthlessness.
The FIDF Los Angeles chapter says it aims “to raise money for the young men and women soldiers of the IDF and to create a community that cares for and supports Israel and its soldiers” – mindless of the pain and suffering they inflict on defenseless Palestinians and other victims of their high crimes.
On November 4 at the Beverly Hilton, the FIDF said it raised a record $60 million at its annual star-studded gala, attracting 1,200 attendees, including actor Andy Garcia and other celebrities.
Billionaires Haim Saban and Sheldon Adelson were the largest donors – each giving $10 million to Israel’s killing machine.
Saban said “(w)e are thrilled that so many members of our community, including major Hollywood figures, are coming together to help us support the brave (IDF) men and women…Standing behind these heroes is one of the greatest honors in my life.”
There’s nothing heroic about occupation harshness, Gaza’s suffocating blockade, IDF snipers murdering peaceful Palestinians in cold blood, naked aggression at Israel’s discretion, terror-bombing Syria, aiding ISIS and likeminded jihadists, along with other forms of apartheid ruthlessness.
Israeli General (Res.) Meir Klifi-Amir serves as FIDF national director and CEO, a position he assumed in September 2014.
In 33 years of active duty, he was directly involved in enforcing occupation harshness, including as military secretary to prime ministers Ehud Olmert and Netanyahu – also as their special security advisor and partner in national security decisions.
He was involved in Israel’s 2006 premeditated Lebanon war, along with naked aggression on Gaza.
He and other IDF commanders have much to answer for. So do FIDF supporters for contributing funds for Israeli mass slaughter and destruction.
During 2012 Israeli Pillar of Cloud naked aggression in Gaza, FIDF said the following:
Its members “worked around the clock to ensure the IDF’s hardworking soldiers were taken care of.”
“Whether it was by sending packages of snacks and much-needed clothing or by sending a ‘Break from the Battlefield’ package including an LCD TV screen and board games, soldiers were able to uphold hygiene and were kept entertained in their few moments off from the battlefield and during the difficult task of keeping Israel safe under fire.”
Callous support for IDF premeditated mass slaughter and destruction demands the harshest condemnation – not funding to aid its naked aggression.

I’m glad you enjoyed it, but I did not see it. Movies that glorify or sympathize with homosexuality are not my thing. Such movies are more and more numerous. One of them (“Moonlight”) won last year’s Academy Award for best picture. Another movie, currently playing (“Boy Erased”) will probably win the 2019 Oscar for best picture. The few Academy members who aren’t homosexuals will be afraid to not vote for it.

Franko in his dementia says that liberals are “biased against war.”

Both are pro-war and pro-imperialism. In 2011, Michael Moore cheered for the destruction of Libya. When I criticized Moore for this on several blogs, I was banned from those blogs. Michael Moore criticized Hillary Clinton until Trump became the Republican nominee, at which point Moore did an about face and became a devoted Hillary-bot. Meanwhile Bill Maher, being Jewish, is an Israel-firster. Maher also staunchly defends the US government’s lies about 9-11. (That said, there are a few others topic where Maher and I agree.)

In Western society it is absolutely taboo to criticize or even mention Jewish evil. In eighteen European countries you will be imprisoned if you question the holocaust™ myth. All this happens because the terms “anti-Semitism” and “holocaust denier” have become fully weaponized. Jews use them to justify their evil, and non-Jews use them to destroy their personal competitors. Stephen Lendman is one Jew who does not play this game.

Some sections of Los Angeles (e.g. Hollywood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) are 100% Jewish controlled, and hence are militantly pro-Israel. If you want a career in the movie industry, you must be Jewish and / or homosexual, or else you must loudly worship these two groups. This is obligatory. You cannot simply remain silent. Black comedian Caryn Johnson chose “Whoopi Goldberg” as her professional name, hoping it would help her in Hollywood.

Many progressives (perhaps most) worship Israeli atrocities. Such people suffer from PEP Syndrome (Progressive Except for Palestine).

  3. " Bill Maher and Michael Moore now both deeply disturb me, but they were people that I used to really admire and like." I feel the same way. I haven't payed attention to either since Obumer became president. It seemed that Moore was against war until the dems got into office then he turned into a completely different man. As far as Lendman I didn't know he was Jewish. I usually avoid any religious people, especially Christians, but I will continue to read Lendman unless he turns into a Moore or Maher.

  4. I don't think Stephen Lendman is religious. I've followed him for a long time and I don't think he will ever change. He didn't like Bernie Sanders much either. I disagreed with him about that, but now I find out that Bernie Sanders is very hawkish on foreign policy.

  5. The best thing I can say about Bernie is that he is the best of a very bad lot. One thing about the video you posted a week or so ago about how the Jews control the US and British election system is that I thought it was funny when several of the Jewish people in Tennessee said that their only real problem was the Christians trying to covert them. I have been around Baptist all my life and I know how those Jews feel. In that I have compassion for those particular Jews.

  6. When I said a very bad lot I was talking about politicians.
