TRNN - China Leads the Way in Eradicating Extreme Poverty

Barack Obama said neoliberalism was reducing poverty throughout the world, but most of the poverty reduction has mainly occurred in China which has embraced some free-market reforms. but not neoliberalism, They believe in having a government controlled central bank and a mixed economy.
