Interesting question. One can argue that Reggie Jackson was all three- Oakland A, New York Yankee and California Angel at different times. But owing to his career slash line (.262/.356/.490), Jackson was fundamentally a power hitter, or in fans of the post-season playoffs terminology, "Mr. October." However, he was not always a one dimensional player and also had a sense of the game that made him open to situational hitting in some circumstances.
