Of course feudalism is contrary to the Mosaic Law which dictated family farms, orchards, vineyards, etc that could NOT be lost for more than 50 years and which could be redeemed any time sooner for a fair redemption price (Leviticus 25).
So the Bible is not to blame for feudalism or exploitation but rather the ignorance of it, especially of the Old Testament.
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. Hosea 4:6
