  1. My patent remedy for insomnia: available only to MMTers:

    1. Small amount of meat and cabbage every day. 2. Half an hour of exercise: must be a VARIETY of types of exercise - e.g. press ups plus jogging is better than just jogging. I also do 5 minuts of digging in the garden: shovelling earth back and forth.

    I read somewhere that cabbage has an enzyme which helps you dispose of caffeine: maybe why it works.
