    1) 100% private banks with 100% voluntary depositors.
    2) all fiat creation to be for the general welfare.
    3) all fiat creation beyond that created by deficit spending for the general welfare to be in the form of an equal Citizen's Dividend.

    In other words, think ethical finance.
