  4. He lacks the proper understanding, thus there will be inaccuracies in his conceptual framework. Prior knowledge of monetarism would act as a hindrance.

    Yeah the government will be credit accounts from helicopters. And some will have printing presses too. Perhaps one or two will mint coins.
