  1. “U.S. trade imbalance was bigger than ever that year and has continued climbing, soaring to a record 84 billion dollars in August as U.S. importers shifted to cheaper sources of goods from Vietnam, Mexico, and other countries.”

    Johnny one note,,,

Dollar index has FALLEN under Covid restrictions reflecting previous real levels of imports more expensive in USD terms under global Covid policy response conditions... iow the fiscal response of foreign countries has been more significant than that of the US... this has resulted in reduced terms of trade in USD terms.., So the “trade deficit!” which is purely a USD financial result is ofc going to increase...

We are simply paying MORE for imports in USD terms under global covid restrictions....

  2. “Michael Hudson: We’re talking about eight trillion to the one percent, two trillion to the rest of the population.”

US Treasury account net withdrawals for the whole year was only 7T.... was already at 5T before Covid...

Or maybe the US fiscal response has been less significant.......wording it that way is equally true ...... but it makes Trump/Mnuchin frown

  6. Greg taking a survey of Darwinists: do you think Morse Code evolved from the English alphabet by random chance? Serious question...

  7. Morse code followed the English alphabet. It is a different representation of the alphabet. It certainly is t the only way to represent the English alphabet. Many other codes have been created. Dots and dashes are the way to send the English alphabet over a telegraph system that can’t send voices. Spoken codes (Navajo code talkers) have been used too.

Your question is an uninformed question. You cannot intelligently criticize an idea you dont understand I know where you are going with your line of questioning
