What's Rogoff's latest opinion on the debt? Reason I ask is that Ann Pettifor at the link below claims he said on UK radio recently that the debt doesn't matter. I tried to search out where he might have said that, but couldn't find anything.

The return of the deficit hawks shows that MMT has made little, if any, inroads at the policy level. And that's with Kelton's "superstar" status.
