China and Russia Launch a ‘Global Resistance Economy’ — Alastair Crooke

Alastair Crooke channels Michael Hudson, who is becoming more popular with the alt-right than the alt-left, surprisingly for a self-declared Marxist economist. But then and again the neoconservatives are essentially Trotskyites, albeit with a different ideology (neoliberalism).

Anyway, Alastair Crooke explains how the game just changed big time.

  1. Well, just imagine for a moment: the biggest element in anyone’s budget today is housing at 40%, which simply reflects high house prices, based on a debt-fuelled market. Instead, imagine that proportion at 10% (as in China). Alastair Crooke

Not quite FREE as in Old Testament Israel but much closer than what the so-called "Bible-believing" churches advocate which is, afaik, NO CHANGE to the current system of pervasive rent and mortgage slavery.

And MMT had better up its game too ...
