  1. [bit off topic but very important]

Never brush your teeth right away after eating citrus fruits. Wait at least an hour before brushing. You'll literally brush off your enamel. Once it's gone, it's gone for good.

Also, never eat citrus fruits just before going to bed. Double whammy: both the acidity and the sugars (which will be converted to acid) will eat your enamel :(

Buy any fancy toothpaste you like, just make sure it has fluoride. :)

No need to floss all your teeth... just floss the ones you want to keep!

Dental implants are a modern medical miracle. Just make sure the dentist you find is good at them. Never go cheap when it comes to your teeth.

K, sorry for the rant :)

    1. I bought a water flosser the other day to use alongside an inderdent pick.

    2. Set the the water flosser to a low-to-medium setting, not any higher because you will irritate your gums. Here's a tip from a university dentist professor: Nothing wrong with with brushing your teeth (or even better, swooshing it with a bit of toothpaste) before you eat, especially when eating something acidy (like those zesty fruits). Why? The fluoride acts as a protective barrier. Think of it like Captain Kirk of the Starship Enterprise ordering the "Shields up!" against the Klingon photon torpedoes :)

  2. The advent of drone footage is reviving this genre of music.

  3. What's so amazing about drone footage is how smooth the photography is. No jerks, or anything, which goes well with ambient music.
