UK pledges to restore pounds and ounces as Brexit benefit

ReplyDeleteDo we really need overweening legislation that requires every 4 pint milk bottle to have 2.272litres printed on it, and have that 2.272litres listed first?
What's wrong with 1lb and 2lb loaves of bread rather than the current 400g and 800g varieties?
There's just no need for the legislation as it serves no purpose. Let traders and customers decide which are the best units.
