  1. There is no mystery in Secretary Austin's call. He had intelligence indicating the Ukrainians had all but won the Eurovision contest. He asked a ceasefire to give Russkies a chance to save face. The Russkies did not accept, and there is the result: the Ukrainians won the Eurovision.
