How Donald Trump got his Deutsche Bank loans — Nate DiCamillo & Scott Nover
The title should contain "allegedly." The facts will likely be decided in court.
Well, just because the perpetrators of greater crimes are getting off scot-free, it does not follow that alleged perpetrators of lesser contraventions should not be charged, inequitable as that may seem. Just because a justice system is politicized, it does not follow that all the charges leveled are false. Should one not rail against the impunity of the greater criminal, rather than the targeting of a lesser one?
An issue is selective prosecution, which is a travesty of justice.
The US is suspect in a major way on two counts, first, a double standard of justice that favors the few over the many, and secondly, the politicization of "justice."
While these are allegations, there is widespread perception that both are substantiated by facts and events.
