  2. Am I missing something? Filing a protest* with the WTO against the US is like asking OJ to find the real killers.

    *Also, such "protests" have about as much impact as a Change.org "petition.

    Bilateral trade agreements are fine with the WTO (See RTAs).

    You are free to ignore WTO decisions but it means the other party can retaliate.

    It's about time people realised most favoured nation status really means least favoured nation status as RTAs are all over the place.

  12. When tariffs are practically zero anyway RTAs do more. Its about conformity and regulations

    Do try to get into the 21st century as we haven't cared about tariffs for that long.
