  1. “China rejects hegemony. Not only the one the U.S. is obviously trying to achieve but, more general, also for itself.”

China rejects Western-style hegemony, which is a direct grab for raw power. China seeks indirect hegemony by making money, which in modern society usually brings power.

I’ve seen Chinese people living in Singapore, in Mexico, and a couple of other places. They really like to make money, and they also like to save money via bargain-hunting. In China they’ll flock to a restaurant that’s 20% lower in price, even if the restaurant food is 50% lower in quality.

One crucial difference between Chinese people and Westerners is that the Chinese don’t mind that others make money, as long as the Chinese also make money. Meanwhile Westerners don’t feel rich unless everyone around them is poor. (There are exceptions. I speak in generalities.) The Western model is immoral, but it works. It has now reached its expiration date.

China is helping “Third World” nations to develop, not because of humanitarian concerns, but in order for China to make money from legitimate businesses and investments. By contrast, the West seeks power and money via debt slavery. Again, the Western debt model is immoral, but it works. It has now reached its expiration date. The parasite has killed its host.

Whites became parasites on entire societies beginning with the offshoring of manufacturing, and with the financialization of industry (making money from money, and making money from debt bubbles). Rich whites looted America, causing despair among the peasants. This despair led to wokery, plus militant feminism and Democrat depravity, which further looted America, albeit culturally and spiritually.

The final looting is these “flash mobs” in urban areas. These looters are causing more and more store closings nationwide. They cannot be prosecuted, just like the looters on Wall Street and in government.

Thus, the looting spree began with whites, and eventually resulted in “flash mobs” of blacks who crawl around the ruins hunting for scraps. Whites steal billions. Blacks steal iPhones and athletic shoes.

The CARES Act of March 2020 created at least $2.2 trillion out of thin air, much of which consisted of “Paycheck Protection Program” loans. Most of those trillions were looted.

Politicians of the Uniparty are still looting even now. Looting occurs at all levels, such that more and more of the West looks like a trashed department store. We’re done. Sorry about that.

  3. I might ask what’s wrong with me looting if everyone around me is looting.

My response: what makes an act the most moral is when it defies the mob.

It’s easy for me to be a Good Samaritan if everyone around me is a Good Samaritan. But what if everyone is looting? Why not join them? Why be a sucker? No one will see if I loot. And no one will care if I do not loot. There will be no reward or recognition.

This is precisely what makes an act the most moral of all. Doing the right thing despite having no reward or recognition. It's called being a man in the old-fashioned sense.

And if there is no God and no Afterlife, then this is another example of doing the right thing despite there being no reward or recognition. This (in my opinion) is the most moral act of all.

  4. I have not looted a single business establishment in my life. I deserve a trophy.

  6. “I have not looted a single business establishment in my life. I deserve a trophy.”

You may have a trophy when you are surrounded by a vast sea of crazed looters (as occurs more and more in U.S. cities) and you decline to join them.

“Yo they are robbing lululemon, Nike and Apple and liquor stores….”

This is poetic justice, since lululemon, Nike and Apple are ultra-woke. Recently Lululemon fired two Georgia employees as punishment for following a gang of black looters out of the store and using cell phones to record the thieves' license plates as they casually drove away, laughing. The same gang of thieves had previously robbed that Georgia store a dozen times. Later, Blacks thanked Lululemon by looting the Baltimore store. Ha, ha, ha!

I supposed we shouldn’t blame them. They understand that they have no obligations to society, since whites destroyed society with their wokery and their financialization, and their own mass looting. While blacks loot stores, whites steal endless billions -- e.g. the "aid" for "Ukraine."

  7. Offshoring was a Cold War soft power initiative… didn’t work…

Now there are ofc entrenched financial interests in the offshoring status quo and they are going to fight any such long term policy reversal…

They won’t win … maybe they can slow it down but eventually the jobs are coming back,,,

Took decades to transition to outsourcing going to take decades to reverse too… just starting.,,

  8. “Offshoring was a Cold War soft power initiative.”

To me it looked like a simple quest to boost profits. Lower taxes. Lower labor costs. No environmental regulations. Etc.

“Eventually the jobs are coming back.”

The USA will fragment into several smaller states. Some areas will develop a bare minimum of self-sufficiency. Other areas will be ruled by Road Warrior gangs that constantly try to invade the more civilized areas. Wars and skirmishes will continue for several years.

Some people tell themselves that the entire West is not rapidly hurtling toward a collapse. I challenge them to spend a single hour walking the streets of Chicago at night.

“Took decades to transition to outsourcing going to take decades to reverse too… just starting.”

The USA will never go back to the way it once was. Americans have had their time, just like numerous civilizations before them. Life moves on.

  9. “ walking the streets of Chicago at night. ”

Can be fixed in a week with competent leadership…

Would just have to increase incarceration of a few 1000 …

  12. “Can be fixed in a week with competent leadership…”

No such leadership exists or is forthcoming. But since competent leadership could make a difference if it existed (which it doesn’t, and won’t) everything is okay. Cool!

Franko thinks the USA will somehow continue in its present form without continuing to disintegrate, faster and faster. Right. Okay.

However I do thank Franko for one thing. Franko mentions the current meme of asking men how often they think about the Roman Empire. I had heard about that, and I ignored it – but now it makes sense.

Franko provides a link in which historian Mary Beard holds that thinking about the Roman Empire gives modern men “a safe space for being macho in.”

That is woke garbage. Mary Beard is a feminist, meaning she hates herself, and she copes with her self-loathing by hating men, who she secretly envies.

In reality, if people often think about the Roman Empire, it’s because they know that the USA is falling apart just like the Roman Empire.

Uniparty politicians know it, and they are stealing all they can in the little time remaining. Average people know it too. They just hope they die before the sinking ship vanishes beneath the waves. And they wonder what it will be like for future historians as they pick through the ruins of the American Empire.
