Eurozone Daily: Swing Towards German Influence

The politics in the Eurozone seems to swing back and forth daily. Today it seems the solution is tipping towards one dominated by the "core" of Europe, which is looked upon as having large mostly German national interests.

Here is an article that discloses a German plan to derail a UK referendum on a broader EU wide treaty change, that would perhaps represent more diversified national interests, hat tip Adam (ak).

UK Independent MEP Farage was out with usual sharp rhetoric in response to this issue, and based on his reaction here in the video it seems that the edge has currently tipped towards the "core" and specifically Germany, the nation with EU's largest economy. This issue is day-to-day.

The richest 500 million people on earth with hundreds of trillions in wealth among them brought to the precipice of calamity by these well intentioned politicians smirking and laughing at Farage as if he were a circus clown with nothing of import to add to the process. Arrogance beyond words.

They should be thankful, without him that place would be like a morgue.

Give them hell Mr. Farage, they deserve it.
