An economics, investment, trading and policy blog with a focus on Modern Monetary Theory (MMT). We seek the truth, avoid the mainstream and are virulently anti-neoliberalism.
Who ever thought we would live the 1930s all over again but from the German perspective? This should be the wake up call before we repeat history. All our freedoms are being taken from us in the name of protecting the citizenry. We never learn a damned thing it seems.
I have to pinch myself every so often to make sure I'm not having a nightmare. I'm quite serious about the spectre of various dictatorships as a means to quell the serfs and provoke patriotism and nationalism when we move from currency wars to trade wars.
We seem to learn not a damn thing no matter how many times we make the same mistakes. What was it Einstein said...
