Now all they need is a three strikes and you are out law.
And this bill is sponsored by WHO?
Sometimes it seems that they come up with these things as a way of "black boxing" the political market. Kind of like the "Sticker Shock" technique used when you go to buy a car. They give you a high price, then during the dealing, any price lower than that sounds reasonable.

Why would Georgia go all liberal and soft all the sudden? Three strikes you out is hippie justice. In the Peach State, its TWO strikes you're out.
Nonviolent felonies aren't included, but nevertheless, even as the US has the highest incarceration rate in the world, Georgia has the highest rate in the US.
