The continuing saga of The Miracle of Democracy.
So what do you suggest Bob, a return to monarchy?
Don't blame the people if they vote themselves a share of a pie that was stolen from them.
Democracy is messy but better some justice than none.
Hey Bob,
Serious question: Does your sect in libertarianism recognize the absolute fiscal authority of the civil government?
Simple yes, no, maybe will suffice for now...
rsp,
Does your sect in libertarianism recognize the absolute fiscal authority of the civil government?
You guys like through throw around a lot of sloppy, undefined garbage jargon. What EXACTLY do you mean by
"recognize" the "absolute fiscal authority" of "the civil government"?
government CAN simply spend state currency for provision from the non-govt whenever the govt wants to...
ie, Say the Federal government wants to expand the George Washington bridge on I-95 over the Hudson to add an additional level and more lanes, so they offer $2B to any qualified bridge/road construction contractor that may be interested in doing that work....
Does your sect agree with the fact that the fed govt can do this anytime they want to regardless of tax revenues? The govt can simply forward the balances to the contractor as work is completed?
clear?
Since when do we have a democracy? We have a republic so the 1% can screw the 99%
