I spent the day at Jones Beach, NY last weekend. It's a beautiful beach with a gorgeous highway that runs along the ocean with amazing scenic views. It was built in the Great Depression of the 1930s under FDR's Work Progress Administration. If it were today, those beaches and that land would be sold to billionaires for their private use, but thankfully, the public has use of it because of the great, progressive policies of FDR.
