Rightwing so-called "libertarians" are obsessed with getting poor people to sell parts of their bodies for money. It's something which really bugs them for some reason.

Considering one can be kept alive for decades with hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis I highly doubt it as well. Dialysis is one thing the govt pays well for and there are dialysis clinics everywhere.

That's the spirit. Take what you can now and work up to bigger bits later. Eventually ol' Johnny can go to a judge and point out that if it's OK to collect an entire human in pieces he might as well rule it constitutional to just buy the whole thing on one lump.
