So he must be thinking that his tax reforms (perhaps a Piketty tax...) will do the trick if he thinks they can get it done while maintaining a surplus...
I'd like to see his calculations...

It's possible that Professor Game Theory is playing 15 dimensional chess, as Mike Whitney has claimed, but it sure looks like a sell-out to me.
