Peter Dorman — Next Up in Greece: Regime Change

This has been the objective since the election of the "leftist" government. This is why there has been no attempt to negotiate with the present Greek government. It's entirely political rather than financial or economic.

My assessment is that this is the beginning the end for the eurozone. It has been mortally wounded and now it is just a matter of time for deflation to take its toll politically. Neoliberalism has been exposed, as well as Germany as the European hegemon, although it is a vassal of the US.
