Bad economics but brilliant persuasion, which is the objective in such case. It's all about sewing FUD — fear, uncertainty and doubt.
But if you are too late in dealing with a termite problem, there is only one solution.
Fumigation tent over the whole thing?
Cockroaches in government and in academia would be the correct framing.
Fumigation cannot repair the structural damage. The solution is to torch the building. Or demolish, then torch.
And when it's a case of purely nominal termites in an actually sound basement?Sounds like someone intent on benefiting from insurance fraud. :(After all, what's a meta for?
