Do you remember the story as a schoolchild about how the Wind had a wager with the Sun about who could get the man to take his coat off and the Wind blew as hard as be could to the coast off the man but he just held on. Then the Sun got his go and he made it a beautiful summer's day and he shone his beautiful heat and the man took his coat off.
Well, that children's story was pretty much folklore in UK and I'm sure in all Western culture too. But the ruling elite take no notice of as adults, in the same way they fail to turn the other a cheek, or forgive their enemies despite being Christians. But by bringing NK out of the cold it's more likely to change and become democratic.
